Junior Base Maintenance Coordinator (F/M)

Job description
  • Supporting daily coordination of base maintenance activities
  • Cooperating with Line Maintenance, Workshops, NDT and approved third-party providers
  • Assisting operational coordination with Quality, Safety, Training and Administration
  • Supporting onboarding of new production staff together with HR
  • Acting as a communication link between floor staff and maintenance management
  • Supporting monitoring of man-hours and overtime data
  • Assisting with documentation, compliance checks and internal procedures
  • Reporting observed non-compliances in line with company standards
Requirements
  • Education or student status in aviation, engineering or technical fields
  • Interest in aircraft maintenance and operational coordination
  • Basic understanding of safety and quality principles in a regulated environment
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good command of English
  • MS Office proficiency
